Help 15 day trade hold!
I have had steam for about two years. I know for a fact I have spent more than 50 dollars on the steam store in games. I have never used the authenticator before and do not want to! I just got it, but I still have to wait 15 days! I have things to trade! Is there any way to bypass this "15 day trade hold"? Please help!

The only way to avoid trade holds is to have the authenticator enabled for at least a week.

You can't bypass it.

Is there a way to just be able to accept trades?

Nope. Too many accounts and items were being hijacked, so Valve added mandatory security restrictions for everybody.
The only way to trade instantly is to have the authenticator enabled on your account for at least a week, and then confirm all of your trades with the app.

This is exactlyt what it says "You must have had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days before you can participate in a trade."

Yes, you need Steam Guard enabled for 15 days in order to trade at all. That's separate from the mobile authenticator.

To trade without trade holds, you need the mobile authenticator to be enabled for a week.

So I need to be able to recive trades, do I have to wait 7, or 15 days?

To receive trades, 15 days from when you enabled Steam Guard. Doesn't matter if you chose the e-mail or mobile authenticator version.
To receive trade without trade holds, 7 days from when you enabled the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. If you're going from no Steam guard to mobile authenticator, the you will trigger both the 15 day timer and the 7 day timer and they run concurrently.

They really need to give some more information in the app about the consequences of disabling Steam Guard etc and how it actually works. I downloaded the app because I didn't want to have my items on hold for a week so I could get my $.06 for the two items I was selling on the market. I logged into the app and it was having issues so I deleted the app and downloaded but wasn't able to access the Steam Guard section when I logged back in so I deauthorized (no warning about 15 day hold) and now can't do anything in the app although they are nice enough to allow me to transfer money into my steam account.
