Just copying and pasting this issue with my headset (G933 Wireless)
So I've had a similar problem to this before, but now its more difficult to find a solution. My first problem was when my headset wouldn't charge. I don't know why it did this, but i fixed this problem before my other problem via C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\FWUpdate\G933.
After that it was all normal, i didnt experience 1 problem for a week, now my headset is screwing me over again. It's not charging this time, and i did try the same solution, and it did not work, unfortunatley. I tried another method how'd you get a pin and stick it in the left side of the headphone, which was suppose to Force my headset to turn on or reset. I am completely frustrated with this, and this was even recently bought!
Please help me,
Thank you
(Update) Now when i turn on the headset it does flash a red colour for about 2 seconds after then turning right back off.
Thank you.

He fix it by using his phone charger to charge his headset.

I'm not responsible if you brick your device.

Dpending where you install the software, is you want to make sure it's the right path to it, or else you will get. "G933Update_v25.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

1. Unplug the Headset usb from your computer.
2. Unplug the Dongle from your computer.
3. Remove battery from Headset.
4. Plug in Headset through usb to your computer (Battery left out)
5. Force update by going to Command Prompt and typing:

cd C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\FWUpdate\G933

6. Press enter then type:

G933Update_v25.exe /FORCE

7. Press enter and the force update, a Window should appear.

8. Plug in the Dongle to your PC, it should now be reinstalling the update.

> If everything fails, RMA the headset if it still under warranty.

No problem, I hope this issue doesn't happen again for you, if it does, at least you know how to fix it. Just copy and paste my post into a text file, and save it somewhere incase you ever need this again.
