i have add only 4.97$ instead of 5$ in steam wallet

in order to activate my account needed 5$ ,but in indian currency it is 320 rupees i added the miniumum in steam store ie 320 rupees and after checking again it says that i am not premium user because i added 4.97$ only , is there a way to get around this , or should i add another 320rupees ie 4.97$

To get out of limited, you must soend at least $5 on a game or at least reach steam account level 1. The 4.97$ is exchange rate probably.

No, there's no way around. You either get to the 5 bucks or you don't and still have a limited account.

How did you *add* the 320 rupees? Directly? Or by redeeming a code?

If you bought the funds directly from the steam store, then simply purchasing the CHEAPEST game available should bump you over that $5 usd limit.

with indian exchange rates i can only buy 320 ruppees as lowest in steam store so i bought it but 5$ = 325 rupees so they did not allow my account to be premium because i only paid considering the exchange rate 4.97$ , it would be better if steam updated there store with a little bit more money for currency exchanged rates like 330 ruppes then i would have no problem

Then purchasing a cheap game (any game) will count towards your total amount spend on steam.

You just need 3¢ (usd) more … Best to be a bit over that amount, in the event inflation changes the exchange rate.

What you purchase can even be bought as a gift, or stored in your inventory for later.

Dang … Anything on sale at the store would have been enough to unlimited your account.

EDIT: You could still refund your last purchase (even funds) if you want to minimize what you need to spend to unlimit your account.

it says to purchase game worth 5$ to be unlimited ,i had only put 4.95$ in the steam support after i bought it initially
