What do you think about PC gamers begging for console only games?

I dont have a problem with it. Some of those games would be AWESOME on PC. I am biased though as I am a kingdom hearts fan. Destiny 2 is officially being released on pc, and Playstation has a new pc streaming service. It just offers more options

These people don't like exclusives being exclusive to a system. The same people wouldn't mind if some PC exclusives got to console.

Generally we just want more games to play. Dark souls got to PC after high demand from fans.

That if "exclusivity" is what you look for in gaming, your ego deserves to have the living daylights punched out of.

If they don't want free money that's their business. I know I would buy Red Dead Redemption, Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain if it was available on PC. Not to mention a lot of other games that would be very easy to port. All old console games etc. that are no longer produced or making money. I'm sure some can be found for free emulation etc. but if they were available on Steam or whatever they would sell. I noticed Nintendo released a little console thing with a lot of old games on it recently, and I think there's a Sega one too. I might get them some time, but I would prefer it on PC really, all the old games.

In this day and age, there's little reason not to. But hey, what they don't sell we PC users will find a way to Emulate so. We get our games regardless of what they do.

I think the prime example would be "LoZ: Breath of the Wild." Gamestop claims that there is an almost 100% attach ration of that with the Nintendo Switch

I've said before - if Steam hasn't contacted Sony to see whether they want to sell any of their "exclusives" on Steam they are being lazy and short sighted. Sony is obviously in principle now prepared to allow non Playstation owners access to what were Playstation exclusives. I bet they have a huge back catalogue many of which titles would sell very well on Steam. Sony and Steam would both get large sums of money for doing comparatively little, and PC gamers would get access to a swathe of tried and tested top games. Win. win. win.

FWIW, Sony does not have publishing rights to a lot of games that were previously published on PSfoo systems.

what QtHG said and...

sony has to come and talk to valve. developers and publishers have to come up to valve and ask to view and sign a contract. valve does not go out and do this.

I don't "beg", but there's no reason to not release games on multiple platforms.

There are some games that I KNOW I would be interested in, even though I don't actively follow console releases for obvious reasons. There are probably a whole lot more games that I would be interestered in if they actually showed up on my radar.
