Looking for COOP games (ARPG) not diablo 3

Hi!

My wife and I have played Diablo 3 and are looking for other ARPG or just RPG which have coop features. We are not interrested into PvP.

Are there other COOP games which have quests and RPG elements ? I know about Path of Exile but we are not necessarily looking for a game which mimics Diablo elements, such as its "signature" isometric view.

I am looking at the coop tag in the steam store but nothing too exciting at the moment. I may be missing something.

We are not into multiplayer battles, but thanks for the nexus mod link! I wonder how they integrated the 2nd player in the quests. We need to give a try!

didn't y'all read OP? he doesn't want isometric view; so honestly...... not that big of choices overall, since isometric view is key to a good arpg. if you just want co-op, killing floor 2, left 4 dead 2, sven co-op, pretty much any major mmo, etc.

in that case, path of exile should suffice, as it's the best arpg out there atm. or marvel heroes 2016 is a good second.

I was not clear about the isometric view. It's not out of the question! You guys have made great suggestions.

Sometimes I think titles are missing, that there is some kind of gap, when it comes to couch coop gamers.

We may just jump in a MMORPG at some point. I think my wife will like it. I did play WOW the first year and I felt the quests and lore were a bit thin, most likely due to the nature of the game. You cannot have the intricacies of The Witcher and Skyrim in a mmorpg, there are simply too many variables!! ---> IMHO

Elder Scrolls Online. If you tried the beta and did not like it, get it nevertheless, it is much different now.

You can play all of these together, threre is some action but there is more than just running around and killing stuff.

I am just throwing stuff at you, because "I like Diablo, want Skyrim coop" is not a very small target area. :-)

Do you know about "Dead Island"? You can play it together (1-4 persons) and kill zombies in style. You get perks and can work together.
