Games Similar To Burnout Paradise?

I'm not sure where to post this so here I am.

I'm looking for games similar to Burnout Paradise, sort of a sandbox arcade racing experience.
I've tried some of the need for speed games and it's just not my thing (including Rivals, i just don't have it on steam). Between the constant harrassment from the police everytime I go for a joyride and the slow start of almost every nfs game it's just not my thing. I've looked into some games like the Dirt franchise and The Crew but it dosen't quite look like what I'm searching for (opinions on these games would be nice).

I'll even count non-steam games in, any suggestions are welcome.

If you got windows 10, you could try out the Forza Horizon 3 demo on the windows store.
