Any popular MMO RPG Game like Konosuba?

I'm looking for MMO RPG Games that has many freedom of choices.

Many games make you learn other elements and higher tiers are all mixed up with different elements. It's not letting you learn what elements you like to use.

So basically, something like Skyrim where you can choose which elements to learn or just use one element of your choice.

An Anime called Kono subarashi sekaini shukufukuwo has game elements in the anime where the players have freedom to choose what skills they want to learn and also class up as they go.

I'm looking for games like that where you start as an adventurer and you choose which class you want to be. Something like Mabinogi but with actual classes you can class up to.

Anybody know any games like this?
