One origin game does that. Filling ram until its full, running fine until that point.
So maybe there is something wrong with the hardware or its fit (in slot and in combination)?
its ddr3 ram
its not a full ram causing problems
Tools like advanced system care are the 21st century version of snake oil, they take advantage of your lack of knowledge about software and hardware to sell you something that doesn't work, and often breaks stuff. They do a few tricks with marginal benefits, tricks that any computer magazine/website writes an article about on a yearly basis, and nothing more. Try uninstalling that crap, it would surprise me if your freezes stopped when that tool stops messing where it shouldn't be messing.
i have that installed for a fair few reasons and it isnt even running most of the time just when i manuels start it(and thats including background so its not that)and i think the only real reason everyone uses microsoft is becuse all games and softwhere use dx and if thay didnt i wouldent use windows becuse that has done more damage to pc than any virus me/freinds have had and as far as messing where i shouldent i dont think thats fair to say when windows decides to install candy crush saga on to my pc when ive never even played/installed that before
also might just be me but if ram has no reason to be used i would prefir that it was cleared instead of just caching everything that has happend on my pc
What does that say about windows?
There are aspects of windows that can be disliked besides.
if you got viruses, it not Windows fault but the fact you likely weren't using safe web browsing tactics (downloading shady software, excesive file sharing, watching to much pornography, opening attachments or following links in E-Mail's from people you don't know, following shady links people post of forums or social media, randomly downloading stuff without knowing what it does)..
and I highly doubt it "killed a PC" either.. sure if a person improperly adjusts settings or somehow collects a butt load of malware an OS can be scrapped.. but thats not usually an issue with Windows, thats User Error, and even then the hardware should be find and a reinstall would get your machine up and running again quite quickly.. on occassion windows can cause limited OS damage on its own, but thats rare and usually affected by things like Windows Update
no offense intended but if you think "Windows gave you viruses" you likely don't understand a whole lot about computers..
