Screenshot Manager? (Answered)

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but it seems to be the most likely one, so here goes. I see a lot of discussion of the forums about something on Steam called the Screenshot Manager. Simple question: Is it the same thing as the Screenshot Uploader?

The screenshot manager is the tool you access from profile>screenshots

On the Steam Web application, the upload option is missing
On the client, the ability to upload is present along with the screenshot manager

Yeah, that looks like the manager. So it appears that they're just two different names for the same thing. That's what I thought, but I wanted to know for sure. Thanks for the information.
