Will this GSkill DDR4 work with new B350 Tomahawk motherboard?

Theoretically it should not be compatible, because the memory you indicated are designed to work with Intel motherboards, while the mobo you that showed is only compatible with AMD. (However that mobo its compatibility with many recent DDR4 memories).

You can get help on the following page on the compatibility of your DDR4 memories (I personally recommend Corsair Vengeance LPX memory with Samsung chipset) :

PD: Is possible it may still work, but you may have performance issues as well as errors when trying to adjust the frequency and voltage. Nevertheless I believe that it will not be any problem even if you choose to choose the memory you mentioned, since as stated before it is only something theoretical.

this isn't intel only ram, it just support intel xms, amd have the same but just different name, it auto set up the timming of the ram
