question regarding buying games from cdkeys.com or g2a.com
do you find it fine to buy a key or steam gift from the website mentioned above? can there be difficulties, bans, etc. as a result? are there any possible consequences to other accounts if applicable?

The site is known for selling stolen goods.

The problem is that these shady keys are often revoked, resulting in you losing your money and your game being removed from your account.

You don't buy it at all. Yes, there can be difficulties, you'll lose your money. Only buy from verified third party retailers such as humblestore, uk.gamesplanet.com, greenmangaming, etc.

If I received 2 steam gift from them can I get banned?

Your chances of the key getting revoked, not working, or just bad in general are 10000000x greater than being banned

you can never be banned by accepting a gift that later gets revoked by chargeback, as steam will try to find the source of that gift (if it was a game gift) and ban that person, game keys are handled by retailers, HOWEVER, steam can never assist you in a problem regarding third party keys, if you're out $60, you're out $60, with nothing to show for it. Generally G2A will not respond to elevated paypal claims, so you can chargeback if an issue occurs and get your money back within 4~ weeks, but you should still not support their shady business practices.

♥♥♥ employs serveral tactics causing it to be on the banned list. One is it is a grey market site that does not get most of their keys directly from the game makers. They have no clue whether the keys are legit or not which is why they require you to pay for shield insurance if you want them to stand behind the purchase. There's a reason stories like this pop up all the time: http://www.pcgamer.com/tinybuild-claims-♥♥♥-sold-450000-worth-of-its-keys-without-paying-a-penny/ Second, is they sell Steam Gifts which is a breach of the SSA and can result in accounts getting permanently suspended. Third, they actively facilitate activating region locked keys through VPN's which again can result in a permanent account suspension. Finally, they encourage forum spam through their referal link system.

You may be interested in IsThereAnyDeal.com You can import your Steam Wishlist and set custom alerts when a game reaches a price you set from a variety of Legit Steam (and other places like Origin or Upay if you want) key retailers.

Also, their referal system results in lots of spamming of referal links on the forums which is against the forum rules as well.
