Headphones sound really muffled

If the headphones are the problem, I'd suggest buying new ones.

Definetly headphones any other audio is good.
I can get good audio when i like twist them or pull em but the second i stop i sound like im underwater.

Hmm, okay. That's strange, but it could be the plug or the audiojack.

Nah it's not the plug works for another set that I borrowed from a friend.

If its both sides, it's most likely a faulty jack plug (I'm guessing yours is 3.5mm) on your headphone set. You will need to buy a jack plug and follow one of many instructions on how to repair it. It is NOT easy, but the part is only like $4-5.

If it's only one side, then it's the connection where the headphone cup meets the wire.
