I haven't really tried the other games you list except maybe factorio.
It's an mmo that you either buy once or play a free version.
The free version has limitations on what materials you can buy from the open player market but you can still get them the normal way.
Worth a try, note that the game gets way more interesting when you play the expansion content.

The system can be pretty punishing if you end up crafting lots of mid stage stuff you can't really store in a good way and you get a full bank or a full inventory if you mess up.
GW2 - well, pretty nice one, but i dont like such big mmo games, where it's needed to live in the game, to make something sufficient.
