Games with alot of firearms or really good gun customization?

I love guns in games, especially when there is a abundance of them or if the ability to modify or even make your own guns is very high. Is there any good games with 1 of these traits or even both?

I have played the following so don't answer with these unless theres a mod for these games:

Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition - so many guns.....

Grand Theft Auto V - 70 or so weapons, the new "Gunrunning" update will add more customization

Rainbow Six 3: Gold Edition - Most weapons in a Rainbow Six game, maybe besides Seige but I don't really play that one. Ordnance Project is a good weapon mod for it.

PAYDAY 2 - Alot of weapons and attachments

Fallout 4 - Good weapons customization

I know others like Breach and Clear but what are ones you played that I should look into?

Yeah I have played MW3 MP on PS3 and it does have good customization but I really grew out of CoD.

I think Arma 3 does too. I'm planning on getting that during the summer sale.

I don't have a great PC, but I could buy it and use it on Liquid Sky (Service where you can stream from a powerful PC and play high demanding games)

Yeah but you have to spend $50 USD on a DLC that unlocks guns for the game :C

Customization is amazing on that game, you can basically take apart every piece of the firearm, I will look into it.

Battlefield 3 and 4 offers a ton of guns with quite a lot of stuff you can add onto to it.

They do, alot of attachments from multiple regions like PSB4 suppresors and such, but I played 3 and 4 alot and the experience went dull after I unlocked 95% of everything.
