Looking for great local group games (like you don't know jack games)

The title pretty much says it, looking for games that we can play when people come over. buying 8 copies of a game at 30.00 each just does not work out. Currently we play Ticket to Ride and all fo the Jack Box games along with a few copies of Half Life 2 deathmatch. Any other suggestions?

Use Your Words is a fill-in-the-blanks game in the same style as the Jackbox stuff if that's working for your group.

I can't think of many other games that work for 8 players. The only one that comes to mind is Obliteracers, which we didn't really enjoy. One I haven't tried but have on my wishlist is Chalo Chalo, which I really like the look of.

For four players, check out Overcooked, Ultimate Chicken Horse, Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime as mentioned above, Push Me Pull You, Crawl, Rocket League.

Hmm, what else. Duck Game, Bearzerkers, Assault Android Cactus, Broforce?
