Same, your profile looks just fine for me. Unless you actually participated in the Steam Profile Beta (the one you had to activate with an invite), then you won't be able to unlock the badge.

Try toggling your profile privacy to Private, saving, waiting a minute and then toggling your profile back to Public.

Up at the top of the page, hover over your steam user name & click on "Profile" in the menu that drops down. When you're on your profile page, click on the "Edit Profile" button that should be in the top right-hand side of the page. On the next page, you should see a few options on the upper right-hand side of the screen. "My Profile" is highlighted by default. Click on "My Privacy Settings" just below it. On the next page, select "public" under the "Profile Status" options, Save, and you're done.

If for some reason that doesn't do it for you, do like FrazerJC suggested and go back and set you privacy setting to something other than public & save. Then go back and switch it back to public.

Hope this helps.
