You can buy all the cards at once but not the badge directly, you just craft it after you've collected all the cards.

You go to the game in your library, scroll down until you see the trading cards part and click "View My Trading Cards." After that, you can scroll down a bit and you'll see the option "Buy remaining cards on the market."

It usually says there's an error, just refresh the page a few times until you can buy them.

You can buy all the cards >> go to badge progress and somewhere under rhe missing card or above i cant remember there is an option to buy missing cards

You will have to refresh a couple of times because steam shop kinda overpopulated

Yes you can, but there's a website you should use because it's very easy to find the trading cards there

You can also find sets for cheap when you press "Set Price" and the CS2 set is worth twenty cents, it's a good start.
