I meant monster raising games in general where you raise a monster and you go through a story

Well, I am a huge fan of both Digimon and Pokemon, although when I first joined Steam a while back I remember looking for such games, but unfortunately there were none.

Not to my knowledge. Actually the PC Market is just there for the taking, for which ever "developer/publisher" makes a high quality "Pokemon/Monster hunter" like game first. Something Dark Souls publisher saw as a big oppurtunity. And since they are making Dark Souls 2 for PC I suspect it paid off. Hell I say even indie devs are blind to this oppertunity as a whole, since I'v only seen maybe one green light game aiming for the Monster Hunter formula and that game still has guns I think. FYI DF A.K.A Double Fine even shopped around the idea of a Monster Hunter game around but faild to find a publisher, you can find info on that here http://www.giantbomb.com/brazen/3030-40619/. There are pokemon free to play MMO like games out there. Im just not sure how good they are or if you have to pay for certain things. But in the end no real games yet or at least not on steam. If you do try those type of games in the deep bowls of the internet, make sure you use protection...

Wasn't there a game called "Monster Hunter" ? And it was fairly big in asian countries compared to western countries iirc? Not on Steam unfortunately. :( But still?

I'm still waiting for a multiplayer Monopoly :) aw gawd that would be delicious.

The user is just asking if there are related games on Steam.
