Really Slow scrolling down problem on Linux

With the new UI update when I scroll down on Manjaro Linux it is too slow.

It's annoying to do scroll and scroll and scroll to go down one millimeter.

Disabling "smooth scrolling in web views" in Steam Settings > Interface helps a bit.

It helps, but it is still slow.

If the "smooth scrolling" setting doesn't help much, try "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views". That made the difference for me.
