How do you find what drivers are outdated?
I've been having horrible performance issues with Skyrim and Subnautica where the gpu use goes up to 100%, and no that is not normal, then my frames cut in half, and I am trying to update drivers to see if that fixes something. Avast says I have twelve outdated, most intel, and the intel updater says its all up to date. And windows of course is useless when looking for driver updates, also no I won't use driver booster. How am I supposed to find what's outdated?

Driver Booster will tell you, you don't need to use it to update, but it will tell you what you need and you can Google that driver version to find an install.

Specs are Intel i7-10750, RTX 2060, 16 GB, plus its a laptop. Also nevermind did not check GPU before near 100% is pretty normal. Also probably pretty important to note both skyrim and subnautica were working great before, no idea when they stopped working well.

I also saw temps could be an issue, average on subnautica is 90-93 degress C, average no game running 79-80 with random jumps to the 90s. Using core temp. I think temperatures have been consistently high since I installed core temp, also the laptop is about 2 years old.

I think thermal throttling is the issue, I just turned on a high performance mode and lifted my laptop a bit and it didnt perform as badly. Also it definitely doesn't help that my air conditioning is broken, also just fixed as I was writing this.
