trusted by WHO?

here is something to think about. you are not allowed to advertise 3rd party sites using your profile name or avatar on steam. they are giving you a deal or some kind of bonus if you advertise on steam using your name/avatar

does that sound like a trustworthy site? asking you to risk your account getting restricted in some way? they know your not allowed to do what they are asking you to do.

Every site can have a compromised login that turns it into a phishing login.

Trusted by faceit.so you are saying that faceit is not trustworthy
I resolved the advertising issue and as I said before I haven't used it for month but never noticed to change the account name

I dont use faceit, so I have no idea what any of the screens look like when logging in or using it. the only thing I know about faceit is that people use it to play CS2 because they believe it cuts down on the chances that someone will be cheating.

I find it odd that they would state its a "Trusted" site, but again I dont use them since I dont play CS2 or other multiplayer games. are you sure they stated it was "trusted"? or was it an ad banner or something similar? a paid advertisement does not mean a site is "trusted" or "trustworthy".

Not Faceit.

The one you had in your profile name, which only asks you to display it in your name to get free drops from the site after registering on said site.

We know what we're talking about.

The one I had it's located inside face it website
All skinsites should be considered risky and possibly scam, no matter where it gets advertised. It's always use at your own risk.

Accounts are PHISHED not hacked because the end user gave away all their account details.

The account name, the password and the KEY to the door, the Steam Guard Mobile code, or scanning the QR code or authorising via fingerprint giving them access to the account.

How? by either logging into a known scam site or sites, tailored malware on your PC, the vote for my team scam, you have a pending ban scam on Discord, free knife click the link, signing in through a fake login window etc.

How does Steam (a program) know it is not you when all the account details are correct? It doesn't, therefore any action taken on your account is seen as you doing said actions.

The alternative is not plausible:

1) Someone would have to "GUESS" your account name from "millions of possible combinations".

2) Next they would have to "GUESS" your password from "millions of possible combinations" and then match it to your account name with "millions of possible combinations".

3) And finally they would have to "GUESS" the Steam Guard Mobile code "which changes every 30 seconds" to match both your account name and password to then have access your account.

The weakest link is the end user, not the security offered.

Nope: You logged into a known scam site and gave away all your account details because no one can guess all your details.

Lets do a test:

What is my account name?

What is my password?

What is my Steam Guard Mobile code?
