game Disappears from taskbar after hit windows key

The game disappear from taskbar after I hit the windows key, and I cannot get back to the application. Well simply, I Launch a game on steam, while Im using it, then I decide to go away from it for a little bit, and hit my windows key to go to another application, it immedialey disappear and cannot get back to it without stop it all together , and rebooting it. I dont why it happens and its anooying. To repeat bug, I have gamging laptop, I simply, run an app, for me I did halo masterchef collection, run up, open let load, then press windows key, and watch below the taskbar, where it disappear, and the game is still running but you cannot get back to it. In order to get back to in is to reboot it by stopping it and play it again. I REALLY NEED HELP FOR Solution.
