Join a convoy

I am new to steam, I joined because I wanted to drive with other users but can't workout how to join groups, can anyone help?

It sometimes depends. For example, some froups you can only get through invites while others you can enter them yourself (like fandom groups). You just have to look. You can also join a group of a game you play. (correct me if i'm wrong, don't quote me on this.)

First off, welcome to Steam.

I'm guessing you're talking about conversation groups. If you're looking for group conversations with friends:

1. Open your friend's list
   
2. Click on a friend you want to group chat with, and click 'Send Message'
   
3. In the chat window with that friend, click on the upper right arrow
   
4. Click on that arrow, and choose the option "Invite to Chat"
   
5. Choose the friend(s) you want to invite into the chat.

At least one person must be friends with someone in the group.


Other groups (like game groups) work a little differently.

Thanks for your replies, I have managed to work it out. I was trying to play MP on ETS2.
