How to use WebMoney

So I got this WebMoney, this is what it looks like:

Here's WebMoney support on Steam.

This is a link to WebMoney's website (NOT STEAM)[wiki.wmtransfer.com] where they provide many helpful articles, but I don't see any right away that would answer your question. Some searching may be required.

It seems to be like any other prepaid card (such as a VISA prepaid) so you can probably use it the same way. It'd be helpful to know what's on the back of the card, if there are digits (1234-1234-1234-1234) you can use those like any other credit/debit card.

If the back of your card looks like this: Google Image Result[sp.webmoney.jp] then simply scratch off the two marbled security strips. The long one is the [1234-1234-1234-1234] format and the small one is your security PIN which is probably a three-digit number you enter separately.
