[new to steam] Any good game ideas?

my idea is: to protect people from scammers, make that unsigned profiles and private can not add people on steam. and let us controle hwo can add us. like i block profiles from 0 steam lvl to minimum 4, no one can add me if is not minimum lvl 4, with this scamm and bots will be -70%
