Starter Guide to CSGO Cases, for New Players
1. Don't ever buy cases
2. Don't ever by keys
3. Don't ever open cases with keys

Unless you've been donated cases, and keys then open but if not then stay away from these two as they will make you poor, depressed, and all other negative feelings, and moods. But if you feel the need for the excitement of rolling a case opening for a guaranteed chance at a gun worth less than $0.20 cents when the case cost $0.04 cents, and the key cost $2.50 then by all means do it.

But trust the advice from a cs player for a few years now. So many cases opened, so many keys bought, and so many trades up because you just don't care anymore. 3 years, and still no knife.

I believe that highly popular streamers and entertainers are known to Valve/Lord Gabe, and are given priority over normal steam users. It's all a conspiracy, and perfect money making marketing tactic that entertainers/streamers live stream case openings, and receive 2-3 knives in a row. Then the normal steam user spends $250 on 100 keys, and $20-$100 on chroma cases in attempt to mimic the streamer/entertainer, and only gets $20 back worth of $0.05-$0.20 cent guns.

People say "money isn't the key to happiness" but neither is "a hope for a knife".

LoL. Here is a thought for ya. Play in casinos you might win Jack-Pot. Those cases (cs:go), crates (tf2), tresure chests ( dota 2) are Valve's casino. It's up to you. You can enter it or you can walk away. Just remeber a quote from an old movie 'Casino', " Ones you enter casino -you lost, whatever you do in casino, house always wins".

I've only opened cases twice before, and I already understand you. The first one I got a SCAR Cyrex (Which I got from some insane stroke of luck) from a donated key and the second case I opened got me an MP7 Cirrus. Cases are pretty much a scam. On a lucky day you'd only get something worth a dollar or two.
