Go to your Library → Right-click the game → Manage → CD Keys / Game Keys.

Steam should show a Ubisoft key there.

Activate the key in Ubisoft Connect:

Download Ubisoft Connect if you haven’t already.

Log in → Go to Games → Activate a Key → Enter the key from Steam.

If there’s no key:

Some Ubisoft games on Steam automatically link your account instead of showing a key. In that case, just click Play in Steam and log in to your Ubisoft account when prompted.
