Lost Ark trade

Hi,

I don't know why, but I can't trade with anyone in Lost Ark game.
It says that for security reasons trade are only allowed on Trusted status accounts.

I have already 2FA enable, I even bought something from the game store, but nothing.

What can I do so I have a Trusted status??

Lost Ark has its own Trusted Status for their game...
