I would like to request a refund. When I bought this card at the store. I was buying it for someone, who turned out to be a scammer. I was able to get the card bk. But I really don't play online gaming like this.

Once a physical gift card is used it can no longer be refunded. This is the case will all gift cards, not just Steam.
