You need a recording program like Fraps, Action!, or something like that. Fraps has a free version but it watermarks the vidoe and limits the clips to like a minute. You could try it. I think you have the full version to try and you could record during that time if your computer will handle it. Then you would have to upload those videos to youtube, which can take awhile.

sounds good what about copyright and stuff like that? Whats the worst that could happen

You aren't gonna get sued for uploading a video of you gaming. Not unless you are in an early release/closed beta situation where you agree not to disclose information about the game. That or if you add music or movie clips to your track. Even at that the owners or Youtube itself will censor the content. I had an issue with a "fan short" I made for 20th Century Fox's "One Hour Photo" in which the studio had my video removed. I also was contacted for copyright violation of a song I actually wrote and performed on. I uploaded it prior to leaving a band that later released the material without my consent. In that situation I find it hilarious because I released my video of the same audio prior to them releasing the same content. The didn't block my video but did notify me I was using copyright material in my video and referenced the "owner" of the material.

Anyway, you won't get in trouble for doing a video of you with some commentary. Just leave out other peoples copyright material. Game studios don't really care. Youtube is filled with videos from gamers.

I don't think it would be a problem unless it was in early access or they specifically told you not to publish a video of the content. It would be an intellectual property issue if anything and if you aren't copying parts of the game for a new game I think there isn't much to complain about. If it's a game in full release it would benefit the developer if anything because then potential players would be able to see what the game looks like prior to buying it.

You aren't selling anything or making a profit so I would just put it up. Worst that can happen is it is removed.
