i have strange problem with downloading games on steam whe i instal games They install for a while and then stop for 2 minutes and then install again
a few seconds about 13 mb/s

try resetting your network and system get in to your Ethernet settings and check your speed and duplex be sure to up date every thing before attempting the fix and try again also check your internet speed
