Can someone tell me how to find my Library
I purchased a game and have searched for it but cannot find it. How can I go to my Library? Thanks

Push the Steam button, its right below the home icon.

I don't think you have direct access to your library through your browser, you have to download the steam app to your desktop.

Unless you go through profile > games, but I'm not sure whether you can download games that way.

A ?
As Don said, first you must download and install Steam, unlike GOG and some other platforms, you can't see your library from a browser like Chrome.

Truly, this is not a case of my missing it. It just is not there. Across the top are: Store: Community; My Handle; Chat; and Support. No Library across the top. I can find them under my handle name, then scroll down to games. But there is no Play button there. I can see that I purchased them but not how to play them.

You are using a regular browser.

At the top, click the green button "Install Steam."

On the next page click the blue button "Install Steam."

Once Steam is installed on your PC, open it and log into your account.

This is the message I receive when I am on the Games page. "To remotely download games to your Steam Client, your PC must be awake with an internet connection and you’ll need to be signed in. Read the FAQ" Well, I AM connected to the internet and it shows my login name at the top so I must be signed in, right? Is there a phone number to call for support? I am flumoxed.

You are not in the Steam client. You are still using a regular browser.

Click the blue button... https://store.steampowered.com/about/
