Help

Long story short, my other account steam wallet has been deducted for no reason, and then I checked my purchase history then I see a dota 2 card purchase that I didn't do.
Is my account been hijacked or something?
Already contacted Steam support about this issue, and just waiting for their answer but knowing the slow response the others get. I need some advise from the community.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Hi, the exact same thing happened to me on March 25th: my Steam account was hacked. I'm sorry to hear that Steam won't refund you.

update: Confirmed.
My other account seems to get banned and I can't even log in up.
I'm gonna do what Lilim recommends first, then contact Steam about this issue.

If you have no longer access to your account:

Recover your account:

Steam Account Recovery

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

Update: I was able to recover my account and big thanks to Lilim and to my friend of mine for it.
Though I still somehow not confident about it, I smell hassle hiding in the shadows.

Just one thing i haven't to do is this number 6.
The steam server keeps disconnecting or broken.

Also, my other account level goes back to 0 from 11, what does it mean? Somehow like ban or suspended?

Most likely it was set to private.

Do you have access to your other account?

Recover your account using the guide above if you don't have access to your account.
