A good pay method?
Hello all.
I know all the Steam paying methods and, from them all, I think paysafecard is the best.
But I'm not very sure about it, though. Is anyone here using PaySafeCard and can tell me some benefits/disadvantages and some info I should bear in mind before trying it?
If not, what do you think is the best paying method and what does it takes? I need to mention that I'm not 18 yet but I have identity card, so a method which lets ME make a card would be welcome.
Thanks! :)

Paysafecard, or any prepaid payment is always safest. Paypal is also a good choice if you aren't able to buy prepaid stuff easily.

I think PaySafeCard is the easiest method? Like there are 5 places in my city from where I can get one. And btw do you need a new card every time you want to add some money or is it like the debit one, recharging the current card you have?

I'm not aware of any recharging ones. As far as I know, you buy one with a certain amount and once it's all used up, you throw it away and have to buy another.

I like how this sounds because they are actually free (I mean, no taxes for making the card). But my only question is: You see, I read on PaySafeCard official site that you cannot buy a card with how much amount you want it to (here there's only with 8$, 16$, 32$, 64$ and 96$), so for example I get one with 64$ and buy a game worth 60$. If I don't find some cheap products, those 4$ remaining are gone?

its like mobile phone topup service.... Starts from £10,£25,£50 which one you can afford at that time and once you have enough money in your paysafecard account then pay the game with paysafecard method from steam. btw you don't lose the money in your account

You don't lose them... So that mean I can recharge the card, then?
Pay by Pre Paid Steam Wallet card. I prefer to never EVER leave a credit card trail. Play it safe with your identity.
Also I believe the one guy is right, there should be no tax on Pre Paid cards. There is not any tax everywhere I purchased one. 50 dollars even for my fifty dollar card.

Yes there is no tax for making the card but after one year of using their services, you are taxed with 2euros per month. Anyway, I CAN get used to that, if this method is the best.

Official site www.paysafecard.com
I don't know, might it be just in my country for the tax?

I think you are getting confused. For starters, you go into a store and buy it. There is no way for them to know if you have been using the service for a certain amount of time so they couldn't possibly implement such a restriction.

How does that come? (sorry if i look stupid) When you buy the card, don't they list you on their database and after one year, if you want to recharge they will check your data, find you on the list and ask for a tax?

Nope. Some countries will have actual cards you take to the cashier, other countries must ask at the cashier to print one for them. But either way, you just give them cash and they give you the card. No information taken, no "account" or "record" kept. You do NOT recharge them, as I have already said. Once the cash has run out, you throw it away.
