Issues adding existing games library folder after moving OS to new hard drive.
I moved my OS to new drive, installed Steam on it, drive with games is still attached to same PC, but there's no ''add library folder'' option in Steam client anywhere despite web search results saying there should be such obvious option. So, Steam decided to remove very useful feature in their newest client that I installed just now?

no need to be so harsh
There's no place for sugarcoating when smth that used to be good is turned into crappier and crappier product (platform) by f**king it up with dumbest decisions.

Click the little ⊕ icon at the top right of the Storage Manager.

What am i supposed to do with that useless crap of an option?
1. it doesn't auto-detect existing games library
2. it doesn't offer to manually add existing games library

That useless crap button just creates new library folder and that's it.
So yeah, whoever is/are in charge of technical stuff over Steam client, got low iq brain for giving a green light for idiotic change like that.

Do you know how to read?
When you click on the icon, it offers you a drop-down menu, with at the bottom of the list "I want to choose another location"
If you have a ffolder with already games, just launch one of its executable for steam to recognize it.
And steam has always refused to designate a non-empty folder, even before the update.
There is no option ''I want to choose another location'', yes i can read and i'm not stupid. And im not that lazy to try all available options. The only thing Steam client is doing is setting up new library folder at default place where it want's it to be located. So I'm left with 2 options to manually initiate install for each game so the Steam client verifies folder locations for each game, or to copy/paste all existing library to location of default library where Steam is setting up it's folder.

I can understand Steam devs wanting it to be like that for the sake of convenience for general population, but there will be always the odd-balls with differently organized folders. And that's when automated convenience becomes somewhat bothersome.
