How to upload artwork public???? Help!

Hi there buds,

I just uploaded my very first artwork to steam, but I can't seem to get it public.
I tried to click on manage artwork on my art list and set it on public there, but it didn't change a thing.
It's currently set to friends, but I'd love to put it to public.
When uploading artwork I only get the option to show it to friends or keep it private. I can save it to the community hub though, but only friends and admins can see it there.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

1. Go to your profile.
2. Scroll down a bit and you should see the tab saying Artwork.
3. Click it and you should see all your artwork.
4. Click the Manage Artwork tab in the upper-right corner.
5. Select the artwork(s) that you want to make public by clicking on them.
6. Somewhere under the Manage Artwork tab there should be the options: Make Public; Make Friends Only; Make Private; Delete.
7: Select the Make Public option.
8. Click Done and have a happy life!

I did that 3 times it didnt show and when I im about to upload the art it just say private or friends but it dosent have a option saying public it says I need to post artwork public to show community hub BUT THERES NO PUBLIC OPTION I tryed everything
