WTH is with all the SA content
Why is a game like No Mercy and Mad Island where the main goal is of the game is raping women allowed on this platform? Take that ♥♥♥♥ somewhere else!

You can visit each game's store page and click the report game link on the sidebar. Valve reads these very carefully so be very precise. You have to be certain that its violating Steam's guidelines, etc.
Is SA worse than murder? Because I see a lot of that in games too. Should we ban that as well?

Vote with your wallet and ignore it if you don't like it.

i think the page is already taken down but its good that it is, its a really gross concept
What now? "won't somebody please think of the children? " or "GTA promotes Motor vehicle theft"?

Yeah....nothing should surprise me anymore, and yet here I am. Yes, I enjoy porn games as a better, "cleaner" alternative to the real stuff on porn sites because you just never know what you're promoting. Any number of the participants could be under age, trafficked, etc.
Having said that, why does having adult themed content turned on mean that I have to come across games like Mad Island? It's not just a "grey area", I don't care what anyone's argument is about fetishes. Graphic rape and torture of anyone is a horrific subject that has no right to any kind of entertainment value. Are we really so desensitized as a society that pure evil is so casually marketed to us? If you get off on games where you as the player are sexually assaulting and killing women in extremely graphic ways, you're sick. Take it or leave it but that's my opinion of you.
This is the kind of stuff serial killers have been given the death penalty for carrying out against human beings. Does anyone think that they just one day decide out of nowhere to start doing horrible things to women, or do they perhaps entertain the idea of it for a long time? Yet here it is, being advertised as entertainment on a popular gaming platform simply because I have adult content enabled. I guess the only thing we can do about it is report it. I'm half tempted to just keep adult content off the majority of the time, instead of having to double check tags on everything to make sure I'm not about to come across something that I really don't want to see. There, end rant. FYI the game's page is still up.

I mean how far do you tow the line? The problem with your argument is that yeah, some forms of violence ARE worse than others. There are violent crimes that can get you 10 years in prison. Then there are violent crimes that can get you executed. There IS a huge difference.
