Проблема с производительностью в кс 2

Столкнулся с такой проблемой что в DM или когда много смоков в соревновательном, fps падает ниже максимальной герцовки экрана и это очень режит глаз. FPS в среднем на спавне не больше 250, в то же время видеокарта и проц загружен от 22% до 50%, не более (NVIDIA Control Panel -> Power management -> Max Performance + Windows Power management settings -> Max Performance).

Кадры на ДМ просаживаются до 120. При 180 герц на мониторе, это выглядит очень паршиво учитывася конфигурацию моего ПК: Intel Core i-5 13400F, RTX 3080 FE, DDR4 32GB, SSD Renegade 2TB (~7000 Mb/s), Network connection 500 mbps.

Настройки игры высокие по стандарту + 4:3
