Why do normal CS:GO matches trigger VCA? Why not block the cheaters? Why ban a normal player like me?

Steam customer service, I want to know why my CSGO account got VCA banned, I didn't cheat, please help me investigate. If it's a false ban, could you help me remove the cool-down time?

Cooldowns are not bans. And cannot be removed.

As the user above already said, you don't have a VAC ban.

you may have a vac error, this is not the same as a normal vac ban.
just try fixing the game files through the menu
