- I'm windows 11.
The 'GTA5' & 'GTA5_BE' files in your directory are both supposed to be .exe files...
I'm assuming that you haven't configured your File Explorer in Windows 11 to show file extension types. I'd recommend that you try that, Then return to the GTA V directory.

You should also double check that ScripthookV is updated to the correct version for the game. ScripthookV is known to require updates with each Grand Theft Auto V update.
