avatar keeps changing to a QR code

hi guys, wonder if anyone can help
my avatar keeps changing into a Chinese QR code. I've changes password and deactivate all devices so my account is not hacked but it seems that I can't get this image removed. any help is much appreciated.

1. Someone hijacked your account. This happened because you got phished or malware on your PC. I see that you are a member of some groups that offer CS2 skins. This kind of site steals your account credentials.

2. Secure your account by following these steps:

a. Scan for malware.

b. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

c. Deauthorize all other devices.

d. Change passwords from a clean computer.

e. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App.

f. Revoke the API key (there should be no key).

Hi, thank you for your help. I've already done all of the things you've mentioned but the image keeps reverting back as you can see.
Can't even delet it from my profile.....
Any other ideas?

Your picture is no longer a QR code. Try restarting your steam?

You are right. It seems to be a delay in updating if you are already logged in. Thank you for your help, I'll keep an eye on this for a few days see if it comes back as it used to take about 2-3 days to pop back on.
