verify the creation kit using the Bethesda launcher option from the creation kit page.
If that does not work then remove and reinstall the creation kit and make sure it goes into the correct folder as per its instructions that can be found somewhere on its page.

sometimes especially if we installed fallout 4 into a non default directory it will install it incorrectly.
@Retro gamer: Game was ran and played before DL'ing CK. Registry should be good, though I thought to maybe go through it anyways.
As for the "Bethesda Launcher", the old one off their site no longer works and is obsolete. The launcher that installed with the game doesn't seem to have that option. And the CK won't open so getting into it's options and settings is a bit difficult.
The link you recommended is one I've tried. It says its down for "maintenance" but it's been down for days. I think it is also obsolete but maybe they just have REALLY slow techs. LOL I've uninstalled, wiped all Fallout registry entries and reinstalled twice. No luck.
Thx for the input though.
