How do I increase the screen size back to full screen mode??

I was playing Medal of Honor the other day and all of the sudden, the screen size shrank to a very small size. Since then, this has been how all of my games have ran. I even hit ALT+Enter and all that does is make it so that I see the small screen with the desktop in the background as opposed to the black box surrounding it. How do change my game play back to full screen mode?

Go to the game options and make sure resolution matches your monitor.

Your going to want to be in game and find the options/settings tab
