Ubisoft Warning Message

I wanted to start Ubisoft Launcher normally and then the message "The launcher is cracked or it's a virus or changes have been made to the launcher" but I didn't do anything with the launcher. Then I reinstalled the launcher and examined the files and it was a what red the file is called "Trojan.Generic.hfanf" is it bad? My antivirus program hasn't found anything bad yet (McAfee) is on the Ubisoft Launcher Really a Trojan or is the file just called that. I also downloaded EU from the official site. Or did the file scan that would be recommended to me on the Internet just make false noise was now only afraid because the file is already called like a malware?

Get rid of McAfee. It's been an joke for well over a decade.

If that message "The launcher is cracked or it's a virus or changes have been made to the launcher" was shown by your AV, then it's more than likely that's false positive.

Okay But the message came from the ubisoft launcher and then I looked at the files to see if there was a previous one and then the file was there and thanks for the help i just doing a complete scan

Hoenstly it sounds like your AV is at fault, removed essential launcher files before and now tried to do it again.

If you want to be 100% sure, download Malwarebytes and run its scan.

How long does the scan take and do I have to delete my current AV?

I did a scan with the AV and it's all ok, that means I don't have a Trojan

delete any anti-virus soft like :- Norton,AV use malware bytes instead. don't pay for any anti-virus software

I make a Scan with malware Bytes and They found nothing so i dont have a Virus or a trojan
