I have bought most of the games from ubi through steam. A few days ago my ubiplay account was hacked, I have sent 10 emails to ubi but they never answered me. The issue is that I have purchased them through steam and I can't play them, what can I do

Steam won't help you with account recovery of Ubisoft account.
You need to contact them either through their support or their Discord

Ubisoft Support is definitely not an instant one, still you can ask for help on their official Discord.

I had exact the same problem. Ubisoft won't help. The only thing you can do is create a new Ubisoft account. The Ubisoft games on Steam you can't play anymore, also you get no refunds for it, and you can't buy the games again, cause you already bought it. Long live digital games huh What I did, I organized my games on Steam and created a map where I put my unplayable Steam games, named it "Ubisoft Unplayable". Created a new Ubisoft account and using a password generator for good passwords. I play also on Xbox and avoid buying Ubisoft games on Steam since then. But if I buy them, put them in the map "Ubisoft Playable". On Xbox my Ubisoft games where automattically bound to my new Ubisoft account fortunally. Ubisoft customer service sucks big time.
