Workout Until Failure
Is there any danger for your muscles/articulations when doing workout (on abs, biceps, the body in general) until your muscle can't lift anything anymore ?

tworn muscles , injury directly affected at the muscles , usually you cant use its full potential anymore , most serious injury taking up to 2 years to heal , i know many people who have damaged their body in such a way , i also work out and resting is as important as working out , stay in shape.

Huh? That's complete nonsense. If your form is correct you can do repetitions until your muscles give up and you won't get injured. It's the whole point of working out...
