Any way to get un trade banned my account was hacked over 10 years afgo originally it was a 10 year ban now it says lifetime

I have almost 500$ just in counter strike boxes and weapons and such just a sham i can do nothign with them when i did nothing wrong

steam support is the only one that can remove the ban. if they say its permanent, then that is final

if the ban has been there for 10 years, its permanent.

yeh i understand but i lost access to my account for about a year around 10-11 years ago and when i finally got it back i was trade banned i can understand if it is final it just sucks being i have been a loyal customer i have almost 200 games in my library but mistakes happen oh well i was already told they wouldnt reverse it but what pisses me off it was origianlly 10 year ban then they moved it to a lifetime

Yes an no they aren't very fast with "Big steps" sometimes theirs a difference between Trade banned on Vac seams like it was full blown download Cheating... rather then a smaller scale i have no idea tho GL

Steam doesn't take trade bans, especially permanent ones lightly. Meaning after your account was stolen, it was likely used to scam for a long time before it got caught.

The ban is likely permanent, regardless. It's too easy to fake account hijackings, and if they did lift the ban, they'd likely delete all skins, cards, etc on the account so there'd be nothing recoverable from the time the account was used to scam.
