Anno 1800 - "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product" 2.0

Unfortunately, I recieved this problem when trying to play Anno 1800 after severaly months again. I have two Ubisoft Accounts, and it seems like one DLC is connected to the second one, but the main game to the first one. This effictively disables the game for me, cause I can't start it on any of the Accounts. I obviously wasn't aware of this and now desperatly looking for help.
What I've unsucessfully tested so far:
- relogging into steam, and ubisoft
- deactivate the DLC which is connected to the sec. Ubisfot Account
- reinstalled the game
- reinstalled the game without the DLC which is connected to the sec. Ubisfot Account
- starting the game without internet connection

Plz help :)

Restart your steam or Ubisoft try end it using task manager by press control + shift + escape button on keyboard then search for steam.exe with logo or ubisoft with logo on it then end the task right click and click end task make sure is steam.exe and with the logo now after that reopen steam ubisoft

You need to contact Ubisoft Support. Something bugged on their side and only they will be able to solve it.

Thanks for the reply! I've opened a case via the Ubisoft Account two days ago, unfortunately, they did not answer yet. Plz cross your fingers that they hear me. It's getting annoying that I can't play with my mates.
