It's still in Alpha testing and invites are only from Valve employees.

How do you even signup or recieve closed beta invite?
Or do only people with friends to valve employees recieve it or they randomly send invite?

This new wave of testing in August, Valve can hand out invites to randomly selected accounts AND some testers have the ability to send out invites to their friends now.

Im really interested in new Valve project, because i believe that this is exactly one truly Good company and not company of the evil. Missing solo games from them also
