contact support steam but make sure that you haven't envolved yourself in scam or something of type, also its first time that i see a recent created new steam account having trade ban, what you had done wrong mate?

check if you haven't joined in any scam site or even scam someone by mistake or whatever, be careful and contact support steam its only the one solution though.

I am not sure what you have done but if I was you I would change your email password associated to your steam account and activate 2FA while you get this sorted.

Make sure you make this change on a device that is not compromised.
